Participants have opportunities to practice with realistic scenarios to apply the course content effectively. Cynthia Peinado
Since 1992, Cynthia has worked as a trainer, community interpreter and translator in various schools, hospitals, clinics, and mental health facilities including NICU, Pediatrics, ICU and ER. Cynthia also has worked in administrative departments including Risk Management, Patient Advocacy, Provider Services and was a part of Training and Development teams within large hospital systems. She is a full-time certified medical interpreter (for onsite, VRI & OPI) as well as language access consultant and trainer.
