Service Rates:

• Over the Phone Interpreting: $45.00/hr (1-hour minimum)

• On-Site Interpreting: $45.00/hr (2-hour minimum)

• Video Interpreting: $45.00/hr (1-hour minimum)

• Sub-Contractor Services (Onsite, VRI, OPI): $75.00/hr (2-hour minimum)

• Translation: $0.30/word

• Proofreading: $0.20/word

• Editing: $0.35/word

• Transcription: $3.50 per audio minute

• Consulting: $185.00/hr

• Language Access Planning: $200.00/hr

• Training: $200.00/hr

Interpreter Mentoring:

• Intermittent appointments: $29.99 per session (30 minutes each)

• Package of 10 hours: $500

• Package of 5 hours: $250

Additional Policies:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be billed at the minimum rate for each scheduled service.
Last-minute notifications or rushed assignments will incur an additional $50 service fee.
