Privacy and Confidentiality is of utmost importance in the heathcare industry. This course will cover the following:


  1. What to do when recieving information to care for a client;

  2. What to do when you, inadvertently, come across PHI;

  3. What laws will govern your actions;

  4. What are the dangers of not complying with these federal laws;

  5. What are your rights and those of the clients you are working with.
